受新型冠状病毒疫情影响，为防止疫情扩散，保障考生安全，根据教育部关于教育系统做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控应急预案工作的通知和各省市政府关于疫情防控的要求，经研究决定，取消2020年3月21日在中国国内举行的汉语水平考试HSK、汉语水平口语考试HSKK和中小学生汉语考试YCT。考试报名费用将于3月21日前，全额退还至原支付账户。

Notice on Cancelation of
HSK, HSKK and YCT Test in China
on March 21st
To those related test centers and test takers, Affected by the new coronavirus, in order to limit spread of the epidemic, and to ensure the safety of every test taker, in line with the notice of the China 's Ministry of Education on the emergency plan of prevention and control of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus infection in the education system and all requirements of provincial and municipal governments on epidemic prevention and control, we made the decision through deliberation and research to cancel the HSK, HSKK and YCT test on March 21st within China. All testing fee will be refunded to the original payment accounts before March 21st.
