受新型冠状病毒疫情影响，为防止疫情扩散，保障考生安全，根据教育部关于教育系统做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控应急预案工作的通知和各省市政府关于疫情防控的要求，经研究决定，取消2020年3月7日在中国国内举行的汉语水平考试HSK网络考试。考生可选择参加之后月份的考试，也可于3月1日后申请全额退还考试服务费。国内各考点请联系汉考国际考务部，国内考生可联系报名考点，咨询相关事宜。
Notice on Cancelation of the Internet-based HSK Test in China on March 7th
To those related test centers and test takers：
Affected by the new coronavirus, in order to limit spread of the epidemic, and to ensure the safety of every test taker, in line with the notice of the China 's Ministry of Education on the emergency plan of prevention and control of pneumonia caused by new coronavirus infection in the education system and all requirements of provincial and municipal governments on epidemic prevention and control, we made the hard decision to cancel the internet-based HSK test on March 7th within China. Registered test takers may either choose to attend other tests afterwards, or to apply for full refunds of testing fee after March 1st.
